Reversible double PEM fuel cell.

A reversible fuel cell can act both as electrolyser, whereby it generates hydrogen and oxygen if a voltage is applied, and as a normal fuel cell using hydrogen and oxygen to generate electrical energy. A cell with air option can use air instead of pure oxygen
